A single Pan Rooster and Jalapeno Popper Creamed Corn

Pan seared seasoned chicken served on a jalapeno popper creamed corn with a great deal of cheese!

ingredients
    For the rooster:
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 pound boneless skinless hen breasts or thighs, pounded thin
  • 2 teaspoons taco seasoning
  • For the jalapeno popper creamed corn:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, sliced or diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced/grated or chopped
  • 4 cups corn (fresh new or thawed frozen)
  • 1 cup milk (or product or rooster broth)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, warmed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • salt and pepper to flavor
instructions
    For the hen:
  1. Heat the oil in a pan above medium-significant warmth, insert the chicken, seasoned with the taco seasoning, and prepare dinner till cooked through, about 3-5 minutes for each aspect, before placing apart.
  2. For the jalapeno popper creamed corn:
